Significantly, there are thousands of flat buyers in Noida-Greater Noida who have given the entire amount of the flat to the builder 10-10 years ago, but the flats have not been ready yet and the flat buyers are living on rent. are forced to.
These are the three projects in which RERA has given relief
According to a member associated with UP RERA, a project near Ghaziabad Crossing is an Ansal Aquapolish project of Edvik Homes Pvt Ltd builder. It should be noted that this project started in the year 2013. During that time people had booked their flat flats continuously. But so far, leave the tower, even a flat has not been completed. In June 2021, the registration of the project in RERA has also ended. After this the flat buyers reached UP RERA. During the hearing in RERA, it was decided that the builder and the buyer would get the tower ready, which houses the flats of 192 buyers. Its cost is expected to be Rs 27 crore.
Another project is in the name of Unibera in Greater Noida. This project started in the year 2016. But like others, its buyers are yet to get flats. RERA registration has also ended. Rera has also taken a solution to this and said that it is a matter of five towers. It has more than 700 flat buyers. Therefore, both the builder and the buyer will prepare it together. It is expected that it will cost around Rs 75 crore to prepare it.
Similarly, Ghaziabad Crossing Republic also has Novina Green Project. This is also a big project. This also started in the year 2013. In its 6 towers, more than 700 flat buyers were waiting for their flat. But even after 8 years, he did not get his flat from the builder.
UP RERA also found a solution for this in the same way that builders and buyers will deposit money and get the unfinished work completed. Its registration registered with RERA in October 2019 has also ended. It will cost Rs 27 crore.
