For 14 laning of NHAI NH-9 and DME, 16 lane ROB has been made at Chipiyana. The work of the last four lanes is going on in its construction. A launching pad with 40,000 nut bolts is being made to launch the truss bridge, for which the yard line in Chipiyana has to be cut at two places.
SP Traffic Ramanand Kushwaha said that at present vehicles coming from Delhi pass through four lanes in Chipiyana. From eight o’clock on Tuesday night, these vehicles will be passed through only two lanes. In this case there is a possibility of jamming. Drivers are urged to use alternate routes. Marshals will be deployed on both sides by NHAI. Along with this, traffic police personnel will also be present, who will help the drivers to avoid jams.
