The fifth IT park of Uttar Pradesh and 62nd of the country was inaugurated by the Union Minister of State for Technology, Rajiv Chandrashekhar in Meerut on Tuesday. The IT park in Ved Vyaspuri, built at a cost of 20 crores, will be the first IT park for the youth of West UP. There will also be a working environment like Delhi, Bangalore, Pune.
Till now there are IT Parks in Noida, Lucknow, Kanpur and Allahabad in UP. IT export center will also be built in this IT park of Meerut. IT export will also start from Meerut by next year. There is a possibility of investment of up to 10 thousand crores in this.

200 IT companies can arrange their setup in this IT park adjacent to the connectivity of Delhi Meerut Expressway, Rapid Rail and Metro.
