Sindhuja Mishra contested the election of Cooperative Bank for the first time with the support of BSP. He won this election in the year 2009 by defeating the close of Raja Bhaiya. She was the President of the Cooperative Bank from 2009 to 2014. In the year 2012, she had contested the elections from Vishwanathganj assembly on a BSP ticket, but she had to face defeat. Sindhuja’s husband has fought elections twice against Raja Bhaiya
Sindhuja Mishra’s husband Shiv Prakash Mishra Senani started his political career with SP in 2000. He had contested the election of MLC against Raja Bhaiya’s relative Akshay Pratap alias Gopal. In this he had to face defeat, while in 2004, the fighter joined the BSP. Shivprakash Mishra contested for the first time against Raja Bhaiya from Kunda assembly seat from BSP. Raja Bhaiya got 73732 votes in the election while Senani had to be satisfied with getting 20604 votes. In the 2012 assembly elections, for the second time from Kunda assembly seat, the fighter made an electoral tally against Raja Bhaiya. Raja Bhaiya won with huge votes getting 1,11,392. At the same time, the fighter lost in the electoral fray for the second time by getting 23137 votes.
Trust again in cabinet minister Moti Singh
The BJP has again reposed confidence in Rajendra Pratap Moti from Patti assembly seat. Rajendra Pratap Moti had won the victory in 1996 by contesting from Patti Vidhan Sabha from BJP. Rajendra Pratap Moti was elected MLA four times in 2002, 2007, 2017. Whereas in 2012, Ram Singh Patel of SP won him by defeating him in the assembly elections.

From Congress stronghold Rampurkhas, BJP has given ticket to Nagesh Pratap alias Chhote Sarkar. Rampurkhas assembly seat is occupied by Congress’s Pramod Tiwari and his daughter for 42 years.
