Police has arrested 2 people from this vehicle, who are residents of Haryana. The names of the arrested accused are Manoj Kumar and Sandeep. Both are residents of Haryana. According to the police, both told that in Bihar, double the money is available for liquor. For liquor smuggling, he has converted the DCM into a postal vehicle, so that people do not get suspicious during checking and liquor can be easily transported to the destination. According to the police, this liquor was being taken from Haryana to Bihar.
In fact, Alinagar police had received information from the informer that liquor was being carried in a DCM vehicle painted like a postal department vehicle. When the police stopped the vehicle by siege, during the search of the vehicle, the police recovered more than 2000 liters of liquor in a total of 215 boxes.
