Lucknow. With the victory of BJP in the Uttar Pradesh assembly election 2022, once again ‘lotus’ is going to bloom in the entire state. In the initial trends, a face-to-face contest was going on between the SP and the BJP, but by the end of the afternoon, the results were clearly visible. The high profile seats in the state have been occupied by BJP and SP. In such a situation, we will talk about the important seats of Western UP. It will be seen here that which party won these seats today. In fact, seats like Kairana, Shamli and Muzaffarnagar were in the news a lot in the election. While the issue of exodus of Hindus was hot in Kairana, the Muzaffarnagar peasant movement was resonating with slogans.
Kairana: Kairana Vidhan Sabha Election Result seat of UP is one of the hot seats. To win here, BJP had screwed every bet. Even CM Yogi Adityanath and Union Home Minister Amit Shah had held election meetings. But despite this, the lotus has not bloomed here. BJP had fielded Mriganka Singh from Kairana seat, who lost to Nahid Hasan of SP. He has got 105148 votes, while Nahid Hasan has won by 131035 votes. Let us tell you that Nahid Hasan has a very good hold on the Corona seat.
Muzaffarnagar: There was talk of BJP’s defeat on Muzaffarnagar Assembly seat (Muzaffarnagar Vidhan Sabha Election Result), but here BJP has registered its victory. In fact, lakhs of farmers had gathered here in the Mahapanchayat regarding the agriculture bill, in which slogans were raised against the BJP government. But when the result came today, everyone was surprised. BJP’s Kapil Dev Agarwal has won from Muzaffarnagar seat. At the same time, the SP-RLD alliance has had to face it. Kapil Dev defeated alliance candidate Saurabh by a margin of 18694 seats. While Kapil got 1,11,794 votes, Saurabh had to be satisfied with 93,100.
Meerut: Rafiq Ansari of SP has won from Meerut Vidhan Sabha Election Result seat of Uttar Pradesh. He defeated Kamal Dutt Sharma of BJP. Let us inform that in the 2017 assembly elections in Meerut, which is considered a stronghold of western UP, Rafiq Ansari of the Samajwadi Party had won. He defeated former BJP state president and party’s strong candidate Dr. Laxmikant Vajpayee.
Sardhana: Sardhana Vidhan Sabha Election Result has slipped from the hands of BJP. From here, SP’s Atul Pradhan has waved the flag of victory. He has defeated BJP candidate Sangeet Som. Atul Pradhan of SP has got 118,573 votes. Whereas BJP’s Sangeet Som had to be satisfied with 100,373 votes. On the other hand, Sanjeev Dhama of BSP has secured 18,140 votes. Syed Rehanuddin of Congress got 2,144 votes.
Noida: Pankaj Singh of BJP has won from Noida Assembly seat (Noida Vidhan Sabha Election Result) with a record number of votes. Pankaj Singh got a record 244319 votes while SP candidate Sunil Choudhary got 62806 votes. Congress’s Pankhuri Pathak has got only 13494 votes from this seat. At the same time, in the 2017 assembly elections, Pankaj Singh became the MLA from this seat by winning the election. He defeated Sunil Chaudhary of Samajwadi Party. In this election, BJP candidate Pankaj Singh got 1,62,417 votes, while Sunil Chaudhary got 58,401 votes.
Baghpat: Baghpat assembly seat is counted among VIP seats. This seat has been a stronghold of former PM Chaudhary Charan Singh. Here BJP candidate Yogesh Dhama has defeated RLD’s candidate Ahmed Hameed. Yogesh Dhama got 101420 votes while RLD candidate had to be satisfied with 94687 votes. Arun Kasana has got 12863 votes. Anil Dev Tyagi got only 1229 votes on Congress ticket.
Ghaziabad: Once again, Atul Garg from BJP has won the Ghaziabad assembly seat (Ghaziabad Vidhan Sabha Chunav Result Live), adjacent to Delhi-NCR. He has got 150205 votes. At number two, Vishal Verma of SP got only 44668 votes. On the other hand, BSP’s Krishan Kumar got 32691 votes and Congress’s Sushant Goyal got 11818 votes.
Deoband: Despite being a Muslim majority area, BJP’s Brijesh Singh Rawat won from here. He defeated Kartikeya Rana of SP in Deoband (Deoband Vidhan Sabha Election Result). Brijesh Singh Rawat has dominated this seat by 93890 votes. Whereas Rana has got 86786 votes. Recently, Deoband came in the headlines at that time. When it was advocated to change the name of this seat from Deoband to ‘Dev Vrind’.
Baghpat: This time there was a strong competition on Baraut Vidhan Sabha Election Result of Baghpat district adjoining Meerut. From here, Bharatiya Janata Party won by Krishnapal Singh Malik. He got 90931 votes. While the RLD candidate got 90616 votes. The margin of victory in this seat was very less.
Saharanpur: BJP has won a landslide victory in Saharanpur district. BJP has won five out of seven assembly seats in Saharanpur district. Here the remaining two seats have gone to the account of Samajwadi Party. Earlier BJP had four seats in Saharanpur namely Nakud, Gangoh, Deoband and Rampur Maniharan. This time in the assembly elections (up election 2022 result), BJP has also captured the Saharanpur Nagar seat, keeping all its four seats safe. At the same time, the SP has come here on three to two seats. SP saved its Behat and Saharanpur Dehat seat but it could not save Saharanpur Nagar seat.
