Buddha Lal Shukla was the watchman of Mridul Pandey, a bamboo-ball shop located near the square. He used to live with Saroj Kashyap in a room built in his own plot. In the investigation so far, it has come to the fore that there was a dispute between the two regarding drug addiction in the night. Thereafter he was murdered.
