Ujjain. A unique case of theft has come to light in Khachrod police station of Ujjain district. When a man’s slippers worth Rs 180 were stolen, he reached the police post to complain. He appealed to the police to file an FIR and said that his slippers could be misused. He wrote in his complaint that if the unknown thief uses my slippers improperly, then I will not be responsible. On this matter, the station in-charge says that the person has given a complaint application. Further action on that is going on.
Actually, this case is of Jitendra Bagri, a farmer living in village Tarod Tehsil Khachrod of Ujjain district. When his slippers were stolen, he got angry. In anger, the police reached the post and registered a case. Before such theft, Jitendra complained that someone had stolen my slippers from my house. If those slippers were stolen by an unknown person at some other place and put there, then I can be implicated in the said case. Therefore, I will not be responsible for improper use of my slippers stolen by the said unknown thief.
The farmer was afraid of this
In the application, he told that his sandal was of color. He also mentioned the name of the company. In the complaint, he told the cost of the slippers to be Rs 180. Jitendra told that he had bought this slipper a month ago. Woke up on Thursday night and saw that the slippers were missing from outside the house. After that, Jitendra thought that if he had committed theft or other incident by wearing slippers, then the name would come on him. Thinking of this, he went to complain to the police. He said that the harvested crop has also been kept outside my house. May it not be stolen. That’s why an application has been made to the police.
Application going viral on social media
After registering a case of slippers theft, now his complaint application is becoming fiercely viral on social media. Everyone is taking a jibe at him. Well now it has to be seen whether the stolen slippers can be found or not. Outpost in-charge Ashok Katare assured the person by taking the application and said that whatever appropriate action is taken, it will be done. At the same time, when the matter reached Khachrod police station, station in-charge Ravindra Yadav said that whatever legal action would be taken on the basis of interrogation of the person and other evidence. The person is assured that he will not be allowed to go wrong in any way.
