It is being told that Prashant Kishor will hold talks with the party tomorrow to join the Congress. Earlier, Congress President Sonia Gandhi has told the party leaders that Prashant Kishor will soon join the Congress, as well as he will prepare a strategy for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. For the last few days, Prashant Kishor has been meeting with big leaders of the party including Sonia Gandhi.
In a meeting with party leaders, Prashant Kishor also discussed with Kamal Nath and Digvijay Singh regarding Madhya Pradesh elections. On Wednesday, Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot and Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel also reached Delhi and participated in the party meeting with Prashant Kishor.
Prashant Kishor will work on 2024 strategy
It is being told that after joining the Congress, Prashant Kishor will prepare a strategy for the party in the assembly and Lok Sabha elections. Apart from this, he will also talk to the coalition partners of Congress and submit its report to Sonia Gandhi.
Brainstorming on Prashant Kishor’s proposal, Congress committee will decide in 3 days
On the other hand, a special committee set up by party President Sonia Gandhi can give its report in 2-3 days to suggest ways to strengthen the Congress organization and prepare a strategy for the upcoming elections. There will also be suggestions regarding the role of Prashant Kishor in the Congress.
Congress leader Randeep Singh Surjewala said that the special committee has looked into the suggestions of Prashant Kishor and is considering them. He said, the Congress organization should adapt to all the changes and that is why this committee is deliberating on various suggestions given by Prashant Kishor and various experienced leaders to the Congress President from time to time for the last 3 days.
