World Earth Day celebrated in Kannauj

No appeal can be made against the decision in Lok Adalat and the procedure of Lok Adalat is simple and based on mutual agreement, beyond legal complexities. It was also told by the Secretary that disputes arising in relation to public utility services such as travel by air, road or water or transport service for the carriage of goods, postal, telegraph and telephone service, electricity, light or water to the public by any establishment, public The disposal of sewage or sanitation system, hospital or dispensary service, insurance service, educational or educational institutions and housing and real estate service will be done in the National Lok Adalat.
