First of all, sit up straight by putting a mat. Make the waist and neck straight. Now connecting both your hands together, move the palm towards the front and take it over the head. Do as many stretches as you can. Now close your eyes and feel comfortable watching your inhaling breath.

Any yoga posture should be started with meditation. Due to this the mind becomes concentrated and good results of yogasana are seen. Concentrate on your in and out breaths. After that chant any mantra with Om.

Stand up straight. Join both the feet and keep both the hands by the side.
Concentrate on your navel. Take deep breaths slowly with full awareness. Inflate the stomach and wait a few seconds.
Now while exhaling, deflate the stomach so that the navel gets pushed inwards. Stay in this state for two-three seconds.
Now come back to the normal position and normalize the breath as well. Repeat this according to your strength.
Stand up straight. Now straighten the waist and neck. Joining your two hands together, move the palm towards the front and take it over the head. Do as many stretches as you can. Feeling comfortable, watch your coming and going breaths. Now relax and then repeat this process.
Now while staying in this posture, without bending your knees, turn your body to the right and left. After this, spread your hands like wings and move the right hand to the left and the left hand to the right. During this, take special care of breathing.
First of all, bend the knees and sit in Malasana. During this your heels should touch the hips.
Now bend the knees slightly and sit on the toes and keep the hands on the knees.
Now rest the right knee on the ground on the inside
Then lift the left leg and move it forward and rest it on the ground.
Now while keeping the left knee on the ground, take the right foot forward.
Similarly keep moving in the same direction.
Proceed to the distance of the mat and then come back to your place.
Do this action at least 5-7 times.
If you are doing asanas in such a place, where it is not difficult to keep your knees down, then move forward in the same direction as much as you can.
Keep in mind that always move on the strength of the toes.
