According to the instructions of the State Government, after Corona, now Ayurveda Department, Gau Seva Samiti, various voluntary organizations, cow lovers and common people are playing their active participation along with the district administration to control lumpi and protect the cows. In this sequence, the Ayurvedic Department has issued an Ayurvedic Laddu recipe to feed cows to avoid lumpi. In this, livestock owners or anyone else can make laddus sitting at home.
So far more than 30 thousand ayurvedic laddus have been distributed.
Talking about Udaipur district, with the spread of lumpi disease in the district recently, District Collector Tarachand Meena has taken steps. To prevent this disease, he had called upon the people engaged in this field to come forward with the publication of special posters to take the measures of Ayurveda and Homeopathy to the people at the district level. On the call of the Collector, the Department of Ayurveda and the Goseva Committee became active and under the direction of the Senior Medical Officer of the department, Vaidya Shobhalal Audichya, laddus containing special types of Ayurvedic medicines have been prepared. Since September 6, more than 30 thousand laddus have been distributed in different areas of the district. These laddus are being distributed free of cost to the cattle owners in the tribal areas of Udaipur like Gogunda, Undlithal, Chitrawas, Kotra, Malwa ka Chaura, Kadech, Kanod, Jhadol etc.
Ayurvedic laddu is disease resistant
Senior Medical Officer Vaidya Shobhalal Audichya told that this laddu made from the mixture of millet flour, jaggery, oil, carom seeds, turmeric, dry ginger, black pepper, charoli, rock salt, this laddu made by the cows weakened in lumpy disease can be strengthened physically and disease. To make 1000 medicinal laddoos, 50 kg millet flour, 10 liters mustard oil, 50 kg jaggery, 5 kg turmeric, 5 kg coriander powder, 1 kg sauth, 4 kg carom seeds, 2 kg charoli, 1 kg black pepper powder, 2 By using kg of rock salt and one liter of basil extract, mix them all and make laddoos.
Vaccination of 3.83 lakh animals
Ayurvedic treatment of lumpi is being done, along with allopathic vaccination is also being done. Dr. Bhupendra Bhardwaj, Additional Director, Animal Husbandry Department said that till now 3 lakh 83 thousand 374 animals have been vaccinated against this disease in Udaipur division. 72 thousand 820 in Udaipur district, 90 thousand 363 in Chittorgarh district, 22 thousand 146 in Dungarpur district, 87 thousand in Banswara district, 9 thousand 350 in Rajsamand district, 1 lakh 01 thousand 695 in Pratapgarh district to protect animals from this disease. have been installed.
